Clinical Psychologist, and Neuroscientist

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Neuroscientist, serving as the Founding Director of our institute, which focuses on optimizing brain health and well-being through robust research and clinical practice. My extensive work experience includes positions at Shifa International Hospital, the Armed Institute of Mental Health, and the Institute of Psychiatry (IOP), a WHO collaborating center and as well research position the academic editor of Plos One Journal.

With expertise in teaching and training in research and clinical courses, I aim to advance the understanding of cognitive and psychological concerns. My work in cognitive neuroscience focuses on how decision-making, executive control, and learning and memory are implemented in the human brain, striving to make significant contributions to mental health care. Using modern neuroimaging and computational methods, I develop innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies that bridge clinical practice and research.
